A balanced, preseason tune-up designed for every type of player. This extended session blends instruction with gameplay, giving newer players space to learn and giving returning or seasoned players meaningful reps to refine their game.

8:00-9:30 PM (90 minutes)

🧩 Format

• 30 minutes of focused skill development Ideal for newer players learning fundamentals and for veterans tightening up the details.

• 60 minutes of structured scrimmage High-tempo, team-oriented play to put those skills into action.
