With all of the uncertainty currently surrounding every aspect of our lives, we are still uncertain if we will be able to play lacrosse this season. Making this situation worse for us, we are unsure if we will have enough interest to play, even if we are able. In an effort to try and make the uncertainty a little more certain, our executive has decided to send out a pre-registration form this year.
The purpose of this form is to gage the level of interest if we are able to play this season, and to let us know exactly where interest lies. It is simply a way for us to ascertain if there is enough interest to open registration when, and if, we are able. By filling out this form you are letting us know that you that you do intend to play lacrosse this season, if your situation allows you to. In addition, you can let us know if there is any situation that might cause you not to register, so we can accurately gage our membership situation, and conduct ourselves accordingly.
Why should you pre-register? So we can know the level of commitment we have to move forward with our season, if the situation permits. In addition, those who do help us out by filling out this pre-registration form prior us opening registration will be offered a discount when they do register. That's right, should we be able to open registration, those who pre-register will be given a discount for the season. It is a way of thanking those who support us by providing us with the information we need to make decisions in this time of uncertainty.
If we are able to go ahead with a season as planned, we hope to open registration April 1st. This does not give us much time to plan, so we need to be able to act quickly and decisively. In addition, it only gives you about 2 weeks from today to fill out this form and send it back to us. Whatever works best for you, as long as you send us a copy of the completed form. Once we have received your completed form, we will reply to you letting you know we received it, and we will be in touch regarding registration just as soon as we have any information. We ask if you are even considering the possibility of registering for the season, please fill out this form. You are under no obligation to register if you do fill out this form, it will only be used as individual information for us to plan our season. Plus, no money will be owing until such a time as you complete your registration online. Even if you are not committed to registering, but are only considering it, filling out this form will help us to determine our path forward.
